The Marches
Marche is one of the lesser known gems in Italy, but I promise you she’ll surprise you in a
very pleasant way. Le Marche is a relatively large region and very affordable compared to
its neighbouring regions. It has a varying landscape going from mountains, hills to
beautiful beaches. In 2016 Marche was struck by three earthquakes. The natives of le
Marche quickly decided not to sit back and worked very hard to restore their land.
Today it is almost as before with even more charming streets, beautiful natural wilderness
and little tourism. Despite the natural disaster from before the ‘marchigiani’ their infinite
hospitality and positive spirit stayed alive.
Departure point is Serra de Conti in le Marche. During the Sassi tour you can visit the ‘Grotte di Frassassi’ and witness the splendour and the majesty of nature. The Verdicchio tour is all about the famous Verdicchio wine. Have a stop at ‘Montecappone’ to taste their amazing white wine, to cool down, or have a swim in the sea during the Senigallia tour. At last the Valcesano tour will let you discover the cutest authentic Italian villages where there are many nice restaurants to wine and dine at.
Too much countryside for you? Do you long for sun, sea, sand and party? Then Rimini is the ideal beach extension for your holiday. Together we will look how we can spice up your Vespa trip with this fun trip to one of the most vibrant cities at the beach in Italy.
